Live-site polish + sourceable claims.

• Removed personal name from title, header, and dashboard copy.
• Header now shows the actual git tag (linked to the GitHub release)
  instead of the internal v9 framing. Version is injected at build
  time from git describe --tags --abbrev=0.
• New Sources tab listing 37 canonical references, grouped by
  category. Every superscript number in the dashboard links to an
  entry there.
• Superscript citations added to provider columns (Models /
  Subscriptions / Agent policy), per-section source strips, and
  per-harness rows.
• Footer rewritten: removed the runtime claude -p update note;
  added AI-generated / no-warranty + not-professional-advice
  disclaimers and an MIT-covers-code-only clause.
• Tooling: build.py injects version at build time; release.sh
  rebuilds after tagging so the deployed artifact carries the right
  tag; deploy.sh uses --force for the gh-pages push.
