vi-mode: missing dot "repeat" keybinding

prompt-toolkit brings lots of new functionality to recent versions of my Python REPL of choice, IPython. I quickly noticed, however, that the "dot" keybinding appears to be missing in both IPython and pyvim. Can this be added?

This is implemented in the following pull request: #405

So far, I did not yet had the time to review and merge the changes, but it's on my to-do list.

Great! Thanks for the quick reply; I'm subscribing to that pull request thread. And by the way, thanks also for the great library. I'm missing "dot" but I'm very happy overall with the more faithful implementation of vi-mode compared to the version of readline previously bundled with IPython.
