Better time_left estimation in progress_bar

Improves progress bars:

• account for time spend stopped, i.e. when resuming, the time left estimation is based only on time spend actually running
• for long running tasks the time left decrements now rather than increment. Try running examples/progress-bar/two-tasks.py.
• exposes new property average_time_per_item.
