• Changed the default subscription renewal pre-notification period from 1 week to 14 days. The last notification date is now stored in the notification_date_2_weeks meta key, with a fallback to the existing notification_date_1_week meta key to prevent duplicate notifications. (#259)

• The WP-CLI payments import and subscription follow-up payment commands now exit with a non-zero status code on failure.

• Fixed errors when loading payments or subscriptions whose post no longer exists, and when rendering payment/subscription meta boxes without a valid post.
• Fixed PHP deprecation notices about implicitly nullable parameters and passing null to class_exists().
