• Outstanding Dues & Fee Clearance Warnings: Automatically calculates and alerts tutors to any pending balance before marking a student as departed.
• Attendance & Dues Isolation: Left students are automatically excluded from daily attendance roll calls and future monthly fee due generation.

3. Alumni Roster & 1-Tap Re-Admission
