An obligation is described by its facts (resource kind and id) rather than by
the server's grouping key, which for a financial obligation is a deploy-spend
reserve id hundreds of characters long. Long ids are elided in the middle;
--json still carries the exact identifier.

Found by running 0.12.0 against production.
