proof liskov application logs (BKLG-20260815-k3tf) gains --follow (attach
at the server's latestCursor, poll order=asc losslessly), --from-start
(drain the full retained history oldest-first via nextCursor), --event
glob filtering, --ndjson raw-record output, and accepts runtime_ssh as
an alias of --origin runtime-ssh (the spelling the b4wq investigation
actually typed). Human output adds an INSTANCE column (the new
runtimeInstanceId field) and an Origins footer from summary.originCounts
so an empty filtered read is self-diagnosing instead of silently empty.
--json stays a verbatim one-shot core response and now excludes the
streaming/filter flags; servers without cursor support fail closed with
SLIPWAY_APPLICATION_LOGS_PAGINATION_UNSUPPORTED. Version 0.6.1 -> 0.7.0.
