refactor(bayn): make strategy APIs pipeable

Summary

• Makes strategy, simulation, and qualification APIs pipeable with their existing typed inputs and outputs.
• Keeps this native stack layer independently reviewable at 886 changed lines.
• Bases directly on codex/bayn-effect-tsgo-pipeable-persistence so GitHub shows only this layer.
