@prosopo/caddy-docker lives at docker/images/caddy — outside the npm workspaces globs (dev/*, packages/*, demos/*, integration/*), so changesets can't resolve the package name and every create_release_pr attempt errored with `Found changeset ... for package @prosopo/caddy-docker which is not in the workspace`. The Caddyfile fix is bind-mounted from the host into caddy at `./provider.Caddyfile:/etc/caddy/Caddyfile` — no image change is needed for it to land. The image itself keeps its manual bump path (as PR #3089 demonstrated). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

caddy-docker is outside the npm workspaces globs — changesets errors on assemble. Caddyfile fix bind-mounts from host so no image bump needed.
