feat(fetch): neofetch-compatible output driven by JSONC config

Install a default ~/.config/proto/fetch/arch.jsonc on first run (fastfetch-
style JSONC, with comments/trailing commas handled), honor it for logo
source/color, separator, label color and the module list, and support
--config <path> for a custom config. Memory now uses sysinfo bytes correctly.
