Changes

  • Fetch Response.text() / Request.text() UTF-8-decode Uint8Array and ArrayBuffer bodies. new Response(new Uint8Array([104, 105])).text() is "hi", matching Node. Previously String(typedArray) produced "104,105". .arrayBuffer() returns those bytes instead of re-encoding .text(). (#17)
  • Go/JS-only releases no longer require a V8 rebuild: bump module_version, leave the pinned tarballs alone, merge. (#18)

V8 is unchanged from v0.2.7 (15.4.80.5). Same linux (amd64/arm64) and macOS (arm64) lib tarballs, plus v8-headers.tar.gz. Fetched by go generate / cmd/v8setup.
