v0.217.0 puts board coder runs on the org chart, gives each chat its own browser page on request, and makes a parked delegate's question readable.

Org chart and delegation ledger

  • A coder the board runs now lights up on the org chart while it works and shows in its drawer history (#4512).
    • The board used to launch coders around the delegation ledger, so a codex run left no live edge and no row.
    • Plugins can now record their own dispatches with sdk.delegation(...): the edge stays live for the whole dispatch, and one row is written on any exit.
    • Board plugin v0.72.1 uses it.
  • A coder's drawer lists its real history. GET /api/ledger takes to_kind and to_name, and the drawer reads by target. Before, a busy review panel filled the newest 200 rows, so a coder with 16 runs showed "No delegations recorded" (#4512).

Browser

  • The browser tools can give each chat session its own page. Set agent_browser.session_scope: per_session so concurrent chats stop driving one shared page; browser_close then closes only the caller's own. The default stays shared, because the console Browser panel follows the shared session (#4509).

Delegation

  • A parked delegate's question is read from its approval prompt, not from text it streamed before it paused. Before, that streamed text could leave the question blank. If no readable question comes through, the lead is told so plainly and never approves blind (#4506).
  • ADR 0123 records the design for forwarding a delegate's approval up the chain as its own approval card. This release documents it only; behaviour is unchanged (#4506).
