Overview

Patch release fixing the codecov workflow to properly handle the CODECOV_TOKEN
organization variable.

fix: Handle CODECOV_TOKEN in workflow (#2) - Fixed codecov workflow that
was failing with Unrecognized named-value: secrets error. The workflow now
correctly uses vars.CODECOV_TOKEN to access the organization variable and
handles both token and tokenless uploads for public repositories.

The codecov workflow had two issues that prevented proper coverage reporting:

Syntax error: The workflow attempted to use secrets.CODECOV_TOKEN != ''
in an if condition, which is not valid in GitHub Actions.
Wrong context: CODECOV_TOKEN is configured as an organization variable,
not a secret, requiring the use of vars context instead of secrets.

The fix ensures coverage reporting works correctly for the main repository and
prepares for proper handling of external pull requests and forks.
