Same Rust code as 0.0.6. Version bump required because PyPI freezes
file lists on publish; 0.0.7 ships the fourth wheel:
- manylinux_2_35_aarch64  (Graviton2/3/4 EC2)
- manylinux_2_31_x86_64   (AL2023, glibc floor lowered from 2.35)
- macosx_11_0_arm64
- macosx_10_12_x86_64
