Adds user pins and report schema v2.

  • New: manifest-pins.json beside shipofharkinian.json locks mods to the top or bottom of the load order; the sorter never reorders pinned mods. Picked up automatically by every command.
  • Report schema v2: each mod entry now carries pinned (top, bottom, or null). Additive change over v1.
  • Crate versions 0.2.0.

This is the release Sailswift v1.2.0 and the upcoming Manifest GUI build against.
