Report schema v3: each mod entry now carries its file path (additive over v2). The pixel-paper GUI lands in-repo: cargo-ledger interface with conflict stamps, wax-seal pins, a detail pane, warning cards, a sort preview modal, and a plain-language option (unpackaged; packaged builds come with the first gui release). CLI behavior unchanged.
