Fixes the 0.3.0 update. Its migration renamed the minute-history chunks but left their old names inside the chunk index, and the plugin then deleted the current hour's minute rows on every tick. Storm state, settings, bans and the learned baseline were not affected.

  • Updating from 0.2.x: go straight to 0.3.1, which carries everything 0.3.0 brought (see the 0.3.0 notes: the data directory moves into the uploads folder, the prefix changes to botstormradar).
  • Already on 0.3.0: updating repairs the index by itself. Minute rows deleted before the update cannot be recovered.
