Add bucket selection with event dispatch and visual feedback

Adds clickable bucket selection to the Buckets Livewire component with hover states, active highlighting, and event emission for cross-component coordination.

Component Changes

• Buckets.php: Added activeBucket() computed property and selectBucket() method that persists to Settings and dispatches bucket-selected event
• buckets.blade.php: Made list items interactive with hover (hover:bg-accent), active state highlighting (data-active:bg-accent), checkmark indicator, and wire:key for loop optimization

Security & Performance

• Escaped bucket names via json_encode() in wire:click to prevent XSS
• Added wire:key attributes following Livewire best practices

Tests

Added 10 test cases covering selection, event dispatch, Settings persistence, and edge cases in tests/Feature/Livewire/BucketsTest.php.
