This fixes some RPC behavior issues in mcserv and makes libmc RPC agnostic such that it can automatically detect whether
rom0:MCSERV,rom0:XMCSERVor ps2sdk's implementation of mcserv is used without the need to manually specify it.Tested with the aforementioned modules.
