Junicode version 2.223

Release 2.223 of Junicode is mostly about responding to issues, e.g. kerning and metrical problems. Stylistic Set 11 has been added (converts non-spacing marks to spacing marks), cv67 is now for variants of combining r rotunda, and the characters formerly generated by cv67 have been moved elsewhere: U+035B with ss11 for spacing zigzag abbreviation mark, and n with salt[4] or N with salt[3] for the spacing enim abbreviation. The release includes further refinements for the utility pua2ot and minor fixes in the font to support the utility.
