Junicode version 2.225

Version 2.225 adds several small combining marks for stacking on letterlike combining marks and rules to substitute these automatically. It adds some kerning (not yet complete) for the Runic range and a new, more intuitive method for generating compound (ligature-like) combining marks. The database for the pua2ot utility (not included in the .zip file for this release) has been updated to reflect these changes.
