Description
Reviewed changelog & our usage, I think it should work as is.
Wasn't picked up by Dependabot because cibw is 3.11+ and Black only requests 3.10+ in pyproject.toml.
(Note that 3.4.0 also was 3.11+, so nothing changed there)
