Consider splitting Core by parts of speech #508
Description
The existing work with parts of speech is quite substantial - we already have modules purely about parts of speech (e.g. Verb, Adjective) and modules about their grammatical categories (e.g. AdjectivePlural).
It is worth trying separating those parts to separate projects.
