Closes #37. Makes multi-cloud visible, not just claimed: GCP (16 types, self_link-keyed containment), Azure (16), Cloudflare (8, v5 type names) provider packs; palette becomes a details/summary accordion (AWS open by default); ContainmentRule gains containerIdAttr for cross-provider reference semantics. 154 unit + 8 e2e green.
