Make the gist URL configurable #97
Description
When pasting multiline strings, LimeChat offers to "Paste Online" by creating a new gist on github.com. Some companies have an internally hosted github installation (github:enterprise) that behaves in much the same way as the public github, so it would be really great if we could the change the URL limechat uses for gist.
