EFB UI Redesign & Theme System

Complete visual overhaul of the Prosim2GSX settings interface, replacing the legacy WinForms-style GroupBox layout with a modern Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) card-based design and a production-ready theme system.

UI Layout

  • Left-hand dark-navy tab strip with accent indicators replaces legacy tab control chrome
  • All settings pages (Automation, Aircraft Profiles, Volume Control, App Settings, App Monitor) rebuilt using CategoryHeader + SectionCardBorder card pattern
  • All 7 Automation sub-controls rewritten (GsxServices, GateDoors, AircraftOptions, CompanyHubs, GroundEquip, OperatorSelection, SkipQuestions)
  • ViewAudio and ViewProfiles rewritten to match EFB card style

Theme System

  • JSON-driven theme engine — drop a *.json file in the Themes/ folder to add a new theme, no recompile required
  • Six built-in themes: Light, Dark, Delta, Finnair, Lufthansa, Qantas
  • InputBackground, ButtonBackground, and InputBorderBrush derived automatically from SectionBackground
  • Theme selection persisted in config and applied immediately at runtime
  • THEMES.md documents the full schema, colour reference, dark theme guidelines, and worked examples

Dark Theme Correctness

  • SystemColors overridden so WPF default templates respect the active theme
  • Implicit styles for TextBlock, Label, Button, TextBox, ComboBox, ListBox, ListView, DataGrid and related controls pick up theme colours automatically
  • DataGridColumnHeader given a full custom ControlTemplate to override Aero2 hardcoded gradient
  • ComboBox custom ControlTemplate fixes unreadable selected-value text on dark themes
  • ContextMenu, MenuItem, ComboBoxItem, and Separator fully themed via ThemeResources.xaml

Features

  • Solari split-flap (mechanical) display for flight number, time and date in header bar
  • Solari board alternating indicator effect for active GSX services
  • Improved EFB monitor indicators for Jetway, Stairs, GPU and ground services
  • Unified Jetway, Stairs and Pushback indicators to single 14×14 dots with consistent colour scheme
  • ProSim SDK path configuration moved from runtime dialog to installer
