  shelfState riêng; note gửi tay không bị đồng bộ xóa

Sửa sau rà soát:
- Escape và kiểm mã ngôn ngữ EPUB; SVG chỉ có viewBox không còn thành
  ảnh 1x1; bỏ ký tự điều khiển không hợp lệ trong XML
- Xóa trên máy lỗi từng file không làm kẹt lịch sử đồng bộ
- Toán inline thành code (bỏ qua khối code); footnote giữ link
- Ảnh từ web mặc định không tải (tùy chọn); chặn . và .. trong đường
  dẫn gửi xuống máy; thư mục trên máy được làm sạch

Chuẩn bị nộp community.obsidian.md:
- Giao diện tiếng Anh, tự chuyển tiếng Việt theo getLanguage()
- README tiếng Anh có mục Network use, README.vi.md, LICENSE MIT,
  versions.json, minAppVersion 1.8.7
- npm run lint = eslint-plugin-obsidianmd (0 lỗi); typescript-eslint
  cần API TS 6 nên devDeps dùng alias @typescript/typescript6
