• Added ZipPath.create(file_path) classmethod to create a new empty ZIP archive, returning a ZipPath to the new ZIP. If the file already exists, a ZipPath to that file is returned.

• Added --new command line option to create a new empty ZIP archive (using the new ZipPath.create() classmethod). If the archive already exists, displays an "already exists" message.
