BeeWeave v0.3.2

新增自动升级提醒，用于常用交互式 CLI 命令。

• bwe setup 会在进入 profile 选择前提示可用更新。
• bwe info 会在已有 setup/stale 警告之后提示可用更新。
• bwe uninstall 会在卸载确认流程前提示可用更新。
• 升级检查结果会缓存到 ~/.beeweave/update-check.json，默认 24 小时检查一次。
• 网络失败时静默跳过，不阻塞正常 CLI 使用。
• 机器可读命令和低频命令保持安静，包括 cache-*、graph-*、ast-extract、list、profile、--help、--version。
• source/editable 安装会显示正确的手动升级指引。
