Pull request overview
Clarifies the header comment in the release-publish workflow so it correctly points contributors to the on.push.paths inclusion list (rather than implying paths should be added “above” the comment). This helps keep the “shipped inputs” trigger list accurate and reduces confusion when new shipped inputs are introduced.
