The July 21 README-translations commit accidentally committed a stale copy of docker-compose.prod.yml, dropping the rebuilder and redis services and 24 environment passthroughs including ADMIN_IDS, REDIS_URL, STEAM_WEB_API_KEY, and BETA_DATA_DIR, which is why the rebuilder has been down since yesterday and the admin API 404s; this restores the file exactly as it was before that commit.
