old (v1) macOS binaries to be used with pdfsizeopt

This release contains macOS i386 binaries to be used with pdfsizeopt.

To install pdfsizeopt, please follow the Installation instructions and usage on macOS section in https://github.com/pts/pdfsizeopt.

Please don't use the Source code downloads here.
