fix: site health cleanup — stale configs, model consistency, new models

Remove stale Autoload Nodes.php reference, dead categories/create route
and view, orphaned update_banner partial. Fix MarketplaceItemModel
allowedFields (dropped columns), add update-tracking fields to Theme/
Widget/PluginModel. Create MarketplaceLicenseModel and PostRevisionModel,
refactor all raw $db->table() calls to use them.
