Native TCP without libkoutendb

The optional KoutenDB::tcp target connects directly to koutend. The existing header-only C ABI wrapper is unchanged.

  • C++17 transport using Asio, OpenSSL and libsodium.
  • Typed IDs/errors, authentication and verified TLS.
  • Bounded frames, deadlines and redirects; no automatic replay of uncertain writes.
  • Native TCP build, setup and usage documentation.

Validation: Linux and macOS CI passed, including 27 protocol/failure fixtures and six real-server configurations. Existing C ABI contract tests and native tests passed. The native conformance suite also passed with ASan, UBSan and leak detection.
