Changed — FEAT-035 (scry#62)

Bumped wasmparser 0.247 → 0.252 across the workspace to dedup the
dependency tree with downstream consumers (meld/synth) on 0.252. No API
drift in scry's parse code and no behavioral change to the analysis output —
the full native suite (interval/region/octagon, provenance, operand-stack,
reachability, viz) passes unchanged; soundness/MC-DC gates green. Maintenance
only.
