Once this merges, the v0.6.0 tag is pushed;release.ymlbuilds the signed binaries + SBOM;publish-to-crates-io.ymlruns but is expected to fail on first run until the maintainer registers trusted publishers for each of the 11 publishable crates (documented indocs/release-process.md).
