Audit follow-through. Verification artifacts close the REQ→test graph (76 named steps, rivet check verification-evidence gating CI); cargo-mutants becomes a per-PR zero-survivor gate over the six trust-critical modules (first run: 33 survivors found and killed, incl. the staleness date arithmetic and short-pure-hex key acceptance); claim-check gates doc claims against evidence; eight missing DDs authored; varve#7 fixed; rivet validate at zero warnings.
