The sidebar reads the way you scan it

Your project row is the conversation in your folder. Click it and that's the chat you get. It used to be drawn twice — once as the project, and again as a nested child of itself — which made your own folder look like just another branch underneath it.

Everything indented below is an extra chat, one per branch. When there are none, there's no list.

Each row reads name first, branch second. The conversation's name on the left, the branch it runs in down the right, where it stays legible instead of collapsing to m….

One thing is highlighted at a time. The project row lit up whenever the project was active, at the same moment as whichever branch you had open, so two rows looked selected at once.
