• /biff:read absorbs /biff:poll — one command for inbox checking and polling (biff-yct). /biff:read <duration> starts polling (e.g. /biff:read 2m), /biff:read n stops, /biff:read status shows config, bare /biff:read checks now. The separate /biff:poll command is removed. Matches beadle's /inbox pattern — no /loop wrapper needed.
