Punter turns crypto rumours into live YES/NO markets. The moment a launch, leak or listing starts moving on CT, it becomes a market with clean, unambiguous terms — settled on-chain, non-custodial, and priced before the crowd catches up.
The whole thing is a small deterministic core with pluggable edges: a CT scanner, a rumour-heat model, a market-framing engine, and a decentralized oracle that reads reality and pays winners. Most of the stack is open source.

By the time something is consensus, the trade is gone. The listing is priced in, the airdrop is farmed, the leak is a headline. The only place edge lives is the window before consensus — when a rumour is moving but unresolved.
Punter is built for that window:
- Rumour detected — a launch or leak starts moving on CT; Punter frames it as one clean binary question with a deadline.
- Odds go live — YES and NO become a live price set by real order flow, not a poll.
- Oracle settles — when the event resolves, the oracle reads reality and pays winners on-chain, instantly.
Early beats fast — the edge is the window between rumour and headline, not who has the fastest RPC.
Clean terms or no market — a market with movable goalposts is a scam with extra steps.
Non-custodial or nothing — your keys, your winnings. Settlement is a contract, not a promise.
Markets -> CT scanner, rumour heat scoring, binary framing, clean terms
Settlement -> decentralized oracle, on-chain escrow, non-custodial payout
SDK -> typed client, MCP tools for agents, Rust CLI
Curation -> awesome-prediction-markets, ecosystem maps
Delivery -> open source by default, rumours priced before the headline
