Fix VSIX installation on Windows (EINVAL error)

  • cp.execFile fails with EINVAL on Windows when running .cmd batch files (like cursor.cmd). Now uses cp.exec() which runs through cmd.exe.
  • Added fallback: if CLI install fails, uses the VS Code API (workbench.extensions.installExtension) to install the VSIX directly.
  • Also includes v1.0.19 changes: multi-strategy workbench file discovery for Windows patching.
