Fix Windows transcript parsing

On Windows, Cursor stores transcripts as plain text with user: / assistant: role markers on separate lines — not as JSON-per-line like macOS/Linux. This caused:

  • All messages showing as "assistant" role with raw text
  • "CURSOR" labels everywhere and raw HTML rendering
  • Chat titles showing as "(empty)"

Fixes:

  • Auto-detection of JSONL vs plain-text format
  • Proper plain-text parser that groups lines between role markers into messages
  • [Thinking] prefixed content filtered out
  • Chat titles and first-message extraction now work correctly
