Hotfix for v1.0.40 live chat data

  • Server: /live endpoint validates memory bubbles contain AI content before using them; falls back to disk otherwise.
  • Frontend: loadChat() gracefully falls back to the original /chats/:id endpoint if /live returns empty.
  • Server: Added diagnostic logging to trace memory vs disk source selection.
  • Frontend: Extra try/catch around /live call for network error resilience.
