Prepared artifacts 20260729

Prepared build inputs (boot-prefix.img + stock-harvest.tar) for every target, restored by ./fetch-prepared.sh.

Adds rgsp (RG SP), the first target prepared from an Anbernic stock image rather than StockMod. Verified against manifest/prepared/*.json in the repo at the matching commit.
