Add fakeroot support for rootless container image builds

mkimage improvements:
- Allows running mkimage as unprivilegied user
- Use fakeroot for RPM installation when not root
- Move root check to beginning of cmd_install (before download)
- Add root check to cmd_media_update with clear error message
    
Packaging:
- Add fakeroot to Suggests in spec file 

Bug Fixes

- Fix obsoletes detection bugs 
- Remove truncation in debug job logging (show all jobs)
- Fix lock file path for chroot installations
- Fix QueueProgressMessage.success attribute error in fakeroot mode
