v1.4.2 Windows - Correct cursor-aligned click rendering

Fixes the remaining cursor/click offset by removing manual DPI math and using WPF PointFromScreen to convert captured screen coordinates into overlay-local coordinates. This applies to click pulses, laser pointer movement, and drag rectangles. Download the zip, extract it, and run ClickLight.exe.
