What's New

  • Actual token usage from debug-logs: Scanner now parses debug-logs/main.jsonl for accurate per-API-call token counts (874M+ input tokens vs previous 83M snapshot)
  • Per-session and per-turn granularity: Each session carries debugTotalPrompt/debugTotalOutput; each turn has debugPromptTokens/debugOutputTokens
  • Debug log path attached: Sessions store the path to their source main.jsonl for audit
  • Local timezone: Timestamps (generatedAt, lastSeen, hourly chart) default to local instead of UTC
  • Dashboard prefers actual data: All charts/tables use debug-log tokens when available, falling back to chatSession snapshots
