Download copilot-usage-dashboard-1.11.12.vsix below, then:

code --install-extension copilot-usage-dashboard-1.11.12.vsix

Reload the window afterwards (Developer: Reload Window).

Systems table disagreed with the dashboard tiles. Per-system sessions, turns and tokens now use the same definition as the tiles (conversation turns and used chats), instead of counting every debug-log turn row.
