Please have a look at the test failures.
Additionally, I would probably rename the directory to something like 029-optional-content-groups.

There is a difference between a creator and producer, and different applications might use a different verbose label. |

I had missed updating the path, but now the tests have passed this time around. The test file in the main should work as the file name hasn't changed and is just targeting the RESOURCE_ROOT so it should be available for testing |

Add test PDF with OCG layers to test the potential enhancement to preserve OCGs when appending PDF files.
