This PR mentioned to raise the uv_build version constraint but raised the maturin version contraint instead, it was probably rather intended to go to the pyproject.toml in the vectors subdirectory instead of the top-level one https://github.com/pyca/cryptography/blob/main/pyproject.toml#L5 vs https://github.com/pyca/cryptography/blob/main/vectors/pyproject.toml#L4 where the latter one is currently still at <0.11.0.
